Before you pay

  • The visa decision is made by the embassy or visa authority, not by UniPal. No one can promise you a visa.
  • Our fees are not refunded if a visa is refused, because we start work as soon as you pay.
  • We start on your file within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed, and talk to you and your parents on WhatsApp.
  • You will be asked to read and accept our terms before you go to payment.

Questions

What is the difference between a Student visa and a visitor visa?

The Student visa (it replaced the old “Tier 4” visa in 2020) is for a course at a UK university, and needs a CAS from that university. A visitor visa is for tourism, family visits or short trips of up to 6 months, for example parents coming to visit or to a graduation. The documents and fees are different.

Can I change to a bigger package later?

Yes. Ask your UniPal counsellor and you pay only the difference in price.

What if my visa is refused?

We prepare your file with you, but the decision is made by UK Visas and Immigration. Our fees are not refunded if a visa is refused.

How soon do you start?

We start work on your file within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed.

What is the 28-day rule?

For a Student visa, the money must stay in the account for at least 28 days in a row without the balance ever dropping below the amount you need. The last day of that 28-day period must be no more than 31 days before you apply.
