Visas and pre-departure
Once you have accepted an offer, we help you prepare your student visa file, book your appointment, find somewhere to live and get ready to leave.
What we do, step by step
- 01
Your university document
Your university issues the document your visa is based on, such as a CAS for the UK or an I-20 for the US. We make sure it is requested and correct.
- 02
Document checklist
A checklist for your country and visa type: passport, finances, certificates, English test and anything else the visa office asks for.
- 03
Application and appointment
We review your application form and documents before you submit them, and help you book your biometrics or visa appointment.
- 04
Interview practice
If your visa includes an interview, such as the US student visa, we practise the questions with you.
- 05
Accommodation
We help you compare university halls and private housing, and apply before the places go.
- 06
Pre-departure briefing
What to pack, what to do when you arrive, how to register with your university, and who to call if something goes wrong.
